Specifusion (PTY) Ltd reserves all rights regarding artwork and Copyright thereof.
Artwork may not be reproduced or distributed electronically or by print.
NB: By accepting, approving and/or returning any proof document by mail/WhatsApp/SMS, the client confirms that all spelling, contact information, artwork information, layout etc is correct.
Any and all changes required thereafter will be charged for the clients account.
(Charges may be, but are not limited to):
Additional Design fees, Printing Fees, Labour, Materials, Travel etc). No form of Approval will supercede these terms of sale, and Specifusion (PTY) LTD will not be held Liable for any loss incurred. All artwork, prints, designs, materials etc will remain the property of Specifusion (PTY) LTD and as such Specifusion (PTY) LTD reserves ownership thereof until paid in full.
1-Strictly no work will commence before artwork/designs are approved by the client in writing.
2-All deposits required as indicated by quotation or otherwise have been paid and received by Specifusion (PTY) LTD.
Specifusion (PTY) LTD will not be held to any deadline for completion without acceptance of artwork/designs/plans in writing.
If designs/artwork/specifications of materials and or plans have been directed or supplied by client, Specifusion (PTY) LTD will execute work on/and by instruction and specification of clients designs/artwork/specifications/plans and/or approval by client, but will take no responsibillity for any defects in materials, structures, aesthetics or failures thereof, and client will still be liable for payment in full.
Once Designs/Artwork/Plans etc are approved, a reasonable window of time (by the standards of a resonable man test) will be granted for work/completion thereof. All time windows exclude any and all weekends/and/or public holidays.
Specifusion (PTY) LTD will not be held liable for losses/delays due to:
Civil unrest, breakdowns of vehicles/machinery, Acts of God and situations beyond human control.
NB: Lack of planning on clients behalf, does not constitute an emergency on Specifusion (PTY) LTD's behalf.
