Terms & Conditions for Specifusion

1. General Terms

These terms govern the use of the Specifusion website and all business interactions with Alomastep (PTY) Ltd t/a Specifusion. By using this site or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms in full. E&OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted).

2. Section A: Online Shop & E-Commerce

This section applies to purchases made directly through our online store

  • Payment: Orders are processed only upon confirmation of full payment.
  • Delivery: Risk of loss transfers to the client once goods leave our facility via third-party courier.
  • Returns (CPA): Defective goods must be reported within 7 days. Digital products (e.g., AI Slip Scanner licenses) are non-refundable once activated. Custom-fabricated items are non-refundable once production has commenced.

3. Section B: Signage & General Contracting

This section applies to all custom fabrication, signage, and installation projects

3.1 Artwork, Design & Layout Acceptance
  • Final Approval: Once artwork or layouts are approved (verbally, via WhatsApp, SMS, or email), Specifusion is not liable for errors in design, color, dimensions, or materials.
  • Amendments: All changes must be sent in writing to artwork@specifusion.co.za. Additional time and materials resulting from changes will be billed to the client.
  • Color Representation: Screen proofs are representations only; final print colours may vary.
  • Copyright: Specifusion retains all rights and ownership of artwork and layouts. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Quotations & Site Surveys
  • Validity: Quotations are valid for 14 days.
  • Survey Accuracy: If a quote is accepted without an on-site survey by Specifusion, the client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of sizes and materials. Specifusion is only liable for incorrectly supplied items if we conducted the survey and were provided accurate information.
  • Fees: We reserve the right to charge call-out fees for surveys, travel time, and safety inductions.
3.3 Ownership & Payment Terms
  • Retention of Title: All goods and designs remain the property of Alomastep (Pty) Ltd t/a Specifusion until full payment is received.
  • Right of Removal: We reserve the express right to remove any signage or materials from the client’s premises—whether installed or not—if payment is outstanding.
  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client immediately upon completion of installation.
    3.4 Deadlines & Project Completion
    • Completion deadlines are only binding if agreed upon in writing and only once written approval of artwork is received and all required deposits or payments have cleared in our bank account.
    3.5 Safety & Occupational Health (OHSA)
    • Compliance: We operate in full compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA).
    • Site Control: Access to cordoned-off work areas is strictly prohibited to all unauthorized persons (including clients and subcontractors).
    • Unsafe Conditions: Specifusion will not perform work in environments deemed hazardous or under unreasonable pressure that compromises safety protocols.
        4. Governing Law

        These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Limpopo.
